Special Note: Our regularly scheduled general meeting, featuring Carol Greenstein’s presentation about Digital Estate Planning, has been changed to January 18. We were originally scheduled to have the meeting on January 11, but due to the paving that has to be done in the parking lot, we will meet one week later.
I want to wish all our members a Happy and Healthy New Year. Abraham Lincoln said the following, “In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count; it’s the life in your years.” With that thought in mind, the Computer Club would like to put some computer knowledge into your lives. Our Wednesday evening general meetings are designed and planned for that purpose.
At our Wednesday, January 11 January 18 general meeting, at 7:00pm, we will be blessed with Carol Greenstein’s presentation about Digital Estate Planning. The importance of this topic cannot be overstated. If anything happens to any of us, the knowledge of our passwords, how to pay bills, and more, will be gone unless we plan ahead. Learn how you do digital planning at this very important January meeting.
On most Fridays, the Computer Club has classes that are held in the Computer Room. If you have not attended any of these classes, you are losing out on adding computer knowledge to your life. You will receive an email announcement from one of these instructors: Jan Miller, Barry Robbins, or Harvey Gershenson, prior to the class. This announcement will describe the instruction you will receive, and the time of day on which the class will be held. Don’t forget to bring your questions when you attend a class. See you on Wednesday evening, January 11 January 18.
